What Is Special About A Radioactive Cat ---> https://urluss.com/2taSgr
---Can dogs have radioactive iodine treatment? Yes. We have treated many dogs with radioiodine with results that are equivalent to those of cats. Dogs are generally easier to dose than cats, especially those that are small. Good quantity is needed for radioiodine treatment, and this can be difficult to achieve in a cat. The radioactive iodine gets into the bloodstream very quickly and, thus, the dose is usually given on a very short time frame. We do not recommend using radioactive iodine for the treatment of dogs with thyroid problems (e.g. hyperthyroidism) as this is a different disease than in cats.
In some states, radioactive iodine treatment of dogs requires a special permit. We can provide this if you wish.
